GDPR STATEMENT FOR SIMPLY SUE-PERB CAKES

As I,m sure your all aware, Friday 25th May 2019 introduced the biggest changes to the Data protection regulation since it's creation.

Simply Sue-perb Cakes will only process necessary personal data that is related to your order.

Data such as your name, contact number and your order details will be kept in our diary, which is  kept on our premises  and kept in a secure place at all times.

We no longer accept Card payments

Payments by BACS or Cash on collection ( A minimum of £20.00 Deposit required on all bookings  Wedding Cakes £50.00 )

Orders taken via Facebook, Watsapp, text or email; this is stored on a password protected computer.

We don't use a fingerprint or pass coded smartphone.

We don't take orders through linkdin, instergram or twitter.

Once orders are complete and collected, your data will be archived and at your request destroyed.

If you don't request destruction of your data, it will be kept for one calender year for auditing purposes only.

Simply Sue-perb Cakes ensures compliance with GDPR and therefore will not sell or share your personal details with any third parties.

Simply Sue-perb Cakes may tag you at times in posts on our Facebook page of your cakes.

If you don't want to be tagged in any posts, please advise us at the time of placing your order.
